Coach Holcomb is in his 30th year of coaching and is currently the Head Coach at Bishop McGuiness Catholic High School in Kernersville, North Carolina.
Holcomb has been a head coach for 20 years, posting a 155-66 record and 5 conference championships. The Grizzlies posted a 10-2 record, winning a conference championship in 2019, the school’s first year with seniors. Oak Grove finished 2022 11-1 with the second conference championship since the school opened. Holcomb has coached in the NC East/West All-Star game as well as the 2014 Under Armour All-American Game. In 2015, he was the OC for NC in the Shrine Bowl, scoring 54 points, the most ever by NC. Holcomb has been a speaker at many Glazier clinics on all aspects of the game. He has also published articles through X and O Labs and American Football Monthly Magazine.
